frequently asked questions
What does it do?
PulseRate facilitates a location based online conversation between you and your stakeholders that is driven by them, but that you can moderate. It will assist your customers and stakeholders to be part of your online community and make it easier for you to build real world stories of customer experience around your brand.
How do my customers and stakeholders interact with it?
Using the Google Maps based interface, your customers and stakeholders contribute content to a moderated section of your website in the form of text, images, video, or a combination of all three. Once they have contributed their content, you can review and moderate it for appropriateness via the PulseRate management tool, which operates like a website content management system.
Why would I want to use it?
Put very simply – to help your customers give you real feedback and create authentic and engaging content for your website. Wouldn’t you rather be involved in a one to one conversation with your customers in a forum that you choose and can moderate, than being talked about in social media sites like Facebook and Twitter in which you have no control? PulseRate is a way to address this issue, giving your customers and stakeholders an outlet for publishing their views but putting you back in control of your brand.
How is it set-up?
The Deadline design team customise the interface look and feel for your brand in consultation with you, and then our technical team set the software up based on your specified preferences for the standard functionality offering outlined below. It is then integrated with your existing website via a simple link or with some page include code that we will provide your website developer. Then, all you need to do is promote it to your target audience and begin interacting with your customers and stakeholders via social media!
How much does it cost and what are the standard features?
